Sample Submission
Q: Who can submit samples to Clear Chem Labs?
A: We only accept samples that are submitted and received within the United States. International shipments or deliveries are not accepted under any circumstance.
Q: How do I submit a sample for testing?
A: Contact us to request sample submission approval. Approved samples may be shipped or delivered to our laboratory, accompanied by a completed submission form and appropriate packaging.
Q: Can I submit multiple samples at once?
A: Yes. Be sure to label each sample clearly with a unique identifier and corresponding batch information.
Testing & Analysis
Q: What types of tests do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of analytical services, including identity confirmation, purity testing, impurity profiling, sterility and endotoxin screening, quantitative assays, stability assessments, and more. Visit our Services page for full details.
Q: Are your test methods validated?
A: Yes. All test methods are performed following validated protocols and industry guidelines such as USP <71>, <85>, and ICH Q2(R1).
Q: How much sample do I need to submit?
A: Required sample volumes depend on the specific test. Generally, we recommend at least 1–2 mL for injectable solutions or 5–10 mg for lyophilized materials. We will confirm the exact quantity upon reviewing your request.
Results & Certificates
Q: How soon can I expect results?
A: Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days after sample receipt. Some tests may require more time depending on complexity. Expedited options are available for select assays.
Q: What is included in the results?
A: You will receive a PDF Certificate of Analysis (COA), which includes test results, methods used, and a formal conclusion statement regarding the findings.
Q: Can others verify the COA?
A: Yes. Each COA includes a unique access key that can be used to verify the certificate at https://clearchemlabs.com/coalookup.
Billing & Payment
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, wire transfers, and ACH payments. Payment must be completed before analysis begins unless prior arrangements are made.
Q: Are there discounts available?
